I made a f**king SoundCloud.2015-12-23T01:18:55+00:00I threw a few of my old tracks up from when I was 20 and below, for a bit of inspiration as I inch back into music. Mostly just Drum and Bass now, I'll probably make LoFi and Chiptune playlists later.

Thanks! Mostly resequenced vintage drum breaks from old funk/rock/soul, layered with various single shot samples, often from hip hop.
I'm big on parallel processing, I'll often have each element (kick, snare, hat, ghost, etc) split to 2 or 3 separate channels with different elements (say, one for punch, another for body, and another for distortion layer, etc), and then I might move up and do the same for their submix. It's overkill but I like the control.
Some great bits in there...some quite old skool 'Jungle' at times!
Love the grooves, but, overall, maybe just a little too minimalist for me at the moment - I would like to see some more melodic / harmonic elements added to the tracks.
