Hi Folks,

just found that they are offering a 20% off for this product. I am seriously consider to buy it. Before I spend that $2xx for this product, I'd like to seek some advises from the users here.

1) I'd like to know if it possible for me to import own wav samples into Phalanx ?

2) Is the GUI too tiny upon today's standard?

3) Is it a CPU friendly plug-in?

phalanx' gui is full screen. what do you mean by 'today's standards'? it's not an old plugin.
it supports drag and drop from the daw into the pads. tested and working with cubase and studio one.
for what it does it's the best there is. good vfm all round.

thanks Tristan. Today's standard means it can resize or have a choice to set small/med/large GUI size. Like Blue2 also a modern synth but I still wish Jon can add the resize option in the next release.

By watching the youtube vids, I found that phalanx's workflow is quite fit for my needs and as I have Glitchbitch so I have high expectation on their bulit-in FX. I also think phalanx can help me make the loop faster than before. It is a more robust version of Nexus 2.

of course Phalanx can import WAV format samples (drag and drop, or add whole folders and subfolders into the sample browser directly)

Phalanx can also resize the gui (smaller or bigger)
