Popped up in my email this morning.
Not only have I never heard of this, but I've never seen ANY template type product for Cubase. I've seen them for other DAWs and thought they'd be a great idea, but surprised no one has done this on a large scale for Cubase.
I suck at Mix/mastering and could use all the help I can get. At the very least, I figure I can learn from these by reverse engineering them to see what the "pros" have done. But I'm curious as to what better ears than mine have to say about them.
Anyone tried these? Any guidance to offer?

Forget about this nonsense and watch some good tutorials. There is no such thing as a "Mix Template", since it all depends on the material you are processing and the kind of sound you are going for. Every snare, kickdrum, electric bass and so on can sound different - due to different instruments being used, the way it was recorded and so on. So there can not be a general template that works with every snare, kickdrum, electric bass or whatever sounds it's intended for.
