SHALL I CHANGE MY PRODUCER ALIAS FROM GRIEF3R TO HARDLINE?

I have found a name that I really like for my producer Alias. I have been thinking about changing my alias for OVER a year. I made this name randomly for a game, it was never intended to be used for producing music. I just need to confirm to other people if they prefer the name HARDLINE. I really like it. It sounds edgy and relates to me because a synonym for it is single minded, meaning. Independent. And I am very much independent as I do all of my artwork, mastering, producing, writing, playing. The whole lot. So I think it suits me. But I need other people's views just to give me the go ahead to fully rebrand as it may take a lot of time to produce the artwork!
P.S. I produce Electro House, and a little Deep House/Progressive House here and there.
Thanks a bunch guys, this is gunna help me a ton! As well as giving me a possible fresh start.

I like your real name better than that obviously fake alias.
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

What are you on about, a fresh start? You were already tinkering with this in MarchGRIEF3R wrote:P.S. I produce Electro House, and a little Deep House/Progressive House here and there.

Exactly, what did I say before on this post? "I have been thinking about changing my alias for OVER a year."

A name is just a name. Let the music speak itself.

Before you tackle your artist name, perhaps you should spend some time figuring out how to turn off the CAPS LOCK key.
Logic Pro | LUNA Pro | OB-X8 | Prophet 6 | OB-6 | Rev2 | TEO-5 | Pro 3 | SE-1X | Minitaur | Deepmind 12D | Slim Phatty | TR-1000 | Analog RYTM mk2 | Digitakt 2 | TD-3 MO | TD-3 | Maschine+

If a band called "The Butthole Surfers" could have hits, almost any name works. Just decide already.
"musician."

I don't think you're ready to produce yet - you need to spend a good few years yet on your name - really think it through, start a few more threads - get the lowdown. It's a long road but you'll get there - don't give up. I recommend PRO-KRUSTY-NAY-TOR.

Thanks. I have been producing for over 3 years now. I'm just looking for a name that works. I've been doubting the name for too long and every attempt to change. It leaves me giving up and keeping the name.

What are other names you've got on your list?
'Hardline' is pretty weak in all honesty.

I understand from the other thread that the OP is 16 years old, so I can understand that one can want to change approaches. When I was in bands at that age, we changed names every other week. I apologize for my earlier grumpy posting.
Call yourself by your real name, cool enough: Matt Vaughan or Matt Vaux
