Not sure this is the proper sub forum for this but i just want to report a great bit of service from Virsyn helping me straighten out some mishaps of my own doing. They replied to my support email withing 24hrs and had problem fixed for me within another 24hrs. And they were friendly and polite.

I guess i'll head over to the instruments forum to relay my (positive) opinions of the two synths (Cube and Tera 3).
