Hello, this is my first post. I have the AGM,AGL, and AGP and think they are awesome. Thanks for make such great products.
Unfortunately, My IMAC just died and I am receiving a new Mac Pro this week. I am wondering when I re-install my software, will there be anything that I need to do to make it work with the different system?
I have a time-machine backup of my computer. Would it be better to install from scratch? Will my license have any problems on a new machine? Thanks in advance for any in site. I just want to get prepared for when it arrives.
BTW, I use Logic Pro X for my DAW.
Getting new mac and need info on how to re-install

the last time I did this, I just used migration assistant and it worked out well. there were a few things I had to reauthorize, but it was all pretty painless. I was ready for the worst and went into it prepared for the worst (lists of log in info, serial numbers, etc,...).

Migration Assistant is the best option if you're moving everything and your old Mac is still alive.
Restoring from time machine is the next best option.
Whether you need to re-authorize depends on the copy protection of the plugins you're using. But if you're moving everything, restoring from time machine is the best option.
I usually use migration assistant, but this time I rebuilt from scratch. It's time consuming, but I'd built a bunch of cruft and wanted to only install what I still use.
