So, how's Focusrite Midnight Suite?

Comes with the recent issue of Beat magazine. Wonder if it's worth installing, what's your opinion on it?

It's great, especially the compressor.
I use the EQ for broad stokes and the compressor usually on drum parts.

Looks like the suite only can be had as bundled with Focurite audio interfaces now?

Bought for $15-20 or so in the Marketplace. It's great! Both the compressor and the EQ are solid and very useful - nice distinctive GUIs too.
My Focusrite Scarlett USB interface came with the Red and Scarlett suites - I think Midnight is a cut above those.

It's easy to overdo it with these, but both are constantly installed on my machine.
The EQ sounds clean and doesn't seem to do anything overly magic, but I actually really like it because it works well and it doesn't fight for too much attention with flashy lights and jelly baby colours as others do. It's also pretty refreshing to *not* have curves and FFTs for a change, but to have to rely on what the ears tell you. A bit unfortunate that it doesn't have high/low pass filters, but not everything needs those.
The Compressor is also pretty straight-forward, no clutter and no nonsense. The mix knob is convenient for parallel compression techniques, but I wish the attack knob had millisecond labels. Although good again because it forces you to go by ear, it would've still been nice if there were some less abstract values to go by. Pretty easy to make this one REALLY loud, so you definitely need to watch your levels with it.
Because I keep repeating this over and over again, I'll write it here as well:
If memory serves, the Midnight Suite is basically the PC/Mac port of the old Pro Tools only Focusrite Forté Suite by Dave Gamble (of DMG Audio).
The Midnight Suite plugins are 1:1 identical with the supposedly newer Red Suite plugins, exact same knob ranges and values, and even the compressors (!) can be made to null 100% in a phase test.
That's not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but I think it's pretty weak of Focusrite to pull off a stunt like offering them as "new" products with a £229 price tag on their website. That's borderline fraud in my book.
The old (black) Focusrite Plugin suite was re-skinned to be the (red) Scarlett Plugin suite, they are also 100% identical between each other as far as parameter ranges and sound go. The Focusrite/Scarlett set and the Midnight/Red set however don't seem to be entirely the same, their parameter ranges vary and I couldn't make e.g. the Scarlett EQ null completely with the Midnight EQ. Maybe they would null 100% if both used the same parameter ranges without floating point variances in value scaling/interpolation, but who's to say.
TL;DR
Stable and good quality plugins, not overly special but do what they're supposed to in a pleasing way.
Don't spend serious money on them though.

The compressor is fantastic. It only has a hint of color and is clean overall but very versatile. The mix control is incredibly handy for parallel compression (something I feel all digital eqs should come with). The autorelease function makes it incredibly easy to time the release with the tempo of the song (something I think all digital bus comps should come with).
FYI, this is the exact same algorithm used for the more pricey Focusrite Red 3 vst. It is the exact same thing with a different skin. Somebody did a null test and it nulled 100%.
The only two things I would say that could have made for a slightly better design would be
1) sidechain filter - for better control over compression with regards to low end
2) better threshold control - the threshold seems to be set to compress virtually any signal passing through it. Being able to increase the threshold (without having to messing with a gain/trim control) would make the compression on this plugin easier to dial in.
The eq imho is not that flattering/musical and can sound harsh pretty easily.

I haven't really used it since I have Slick EQ GE but as others said the compressor isn't bad so for a freebie might as well grab it

It's quite nice especially for an open, airy type sound. It's nice, clean works great on acoustic instruments, but can be used for pretty much anything.
Thou could replace your standard DAW eq and compressor with that set as you regular workhorses if you wanted to.
