Recording voice with mic with music

Hello, wow I haven't been here in years since I thought I was gonna give up music until I just wrote a song today. I want to sing along with the music using the Edison recorder in FL Studio 11. It works, but the problem is that it records the music and my voice... I want it to record my voice only so I can add mixer effects to it separately. Because right now if I add reverb to the voice recording, it adds reverb to the music too. How can I listen to the music to sing along but record my voice only? Thanks

I recommend looking for a pair of closed-back headphones for tracking.
