I abandoned SC since they decided to suppress their facebook player, so some time in the 2nd half of last year, if I remember well... I kept my SC page, though "frozen" -- meaning, no new tracks uploaded there. I transferred my best tracks from there to HearThis and started uploading all my new tracks there instead.
The best feature at HearThis for me is that it has a working FB player, so people can listen to my tracks without having to leave FB or open a new tab in their browsers (the main reason I gave up on SC). The 320kbps streaming is a new bonus and an excellent one compared to the paultry 128kbps from SC.
The only drawback is the smaller user base at HearThis, but that will certainly grow with time. Moreover most of my audience is at FB (non-musicians) and not at SC (mostly musicians, but for those we have KVR if we want music knowledgeable feedback).
