Right so I do need to start this post off with the disclaimer that I am rather drunk ATM, so if it's a dumb qn then that's why

I'm looking to assign a MIDI controller to the Sampler Pitch Bend. How does one do this? Is this even possible or does pitch bend automatically default to a predetermined value?

I've assigned my controller to multiple value's already but pitch is alluding me.

:help:
"I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms"
"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

NM.....probably misread the request while being in a stupor myself :hihi:
My DAW System:
W7, i5, x64, 8Gb Ram, Edirol FA-101

I haven't tried mapping a controller to the Transpose parameter on the Pitch tab, but I suspect that will only transpose in stepped semitones.
You're best bet is probably to have your controller send out Midi cc 1 or 4 and use the MIDI tab on Sampler to route Modwheel or FootController to Pitch.

FWIW, pitchbend is not a regular midi cc, and the only other way in Sampler to bend pitch seems to be via the (limited) MIDI tab.
