Augustus Loop--Just looking to replicate stompbox looper

Hi peeps,

I'm hoping someone could tell me the trick to configuring Augustus Loop 2 as a simple looper. I use the FCB1010 foot controller and that's not an issue. I just want to tap record with input monitoring and tap to stop recording and start the loop.

Any help out there?
