Im really diggin' this bitwig and I haven't even tried it yet. Been watchin' on youtube. Some of what it can do is revolutionary especially with audio and its simpler midi quantize features make Ableton's 'clip grooves' look useless. Just wondering though how well it works in linear mode compared to Ableton, is it faster or just better or both?
Thanks
Faster workflow in arrangement, bitwig or ableton?

Ableton's grid (arrangement) feels much faster solely because of the selective grid. Makes chops and duplicates much faster which is a big plus for arrangement workflow.
Just from my experience.

track selection syncing between the two view
and track based show/hide VSTs (from shortkey) also missing from BWS (and AFAIK from other DAWs too) so don't have to open the VSTs one by one they can be showed/hidden per track based
