Hey guys!

I recently switched to all 64-bit with plugins and DAWs. There is some awesome 32-bit -only plugins that I can't use anymore without bridge (Variety of Sound).

I was wondering if you people would know alternative freeware or low priced commercial products to replace these:

ThrillseekerLA:
LA2a ish where you can access parameters under the hood. The saturation this plugin gives is what I miss.

ThrillseekerXTC:
Analog style EQ awesomeness.

NastyDLA:
Stereo EQ with plenty of timing options and modes, LPF / HPF, chorus / modulation.

BaxterEQ:
This has been kinda my secret weapon on a lot of tracks, stereo EQ.

I'm not even sure if there is anything on commercial market that can replace these for what they are

Had lots of weird old VSTs (like sp3tr3, the xoxos range, the de la mancha range) that I can't find any real equivalent of so jBridge ( https://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/ ) was an immediate choice for me. Mainly use just 64bit plugins nowadays but it's nice to have that option to fall back on if I want the unique effect from a wonky old plugin

Had the same problem, brought Jbridge, works great.

I just use Reaper. It bridges 32-bits plugins natively.

Try these (all are 64 bit):

Free coloration equalizer: TDR Sliq Eq (made in collaboration with Variety of Sound)

Cheap saturation/dynamics plugin: Klanghelm SDRR. People also praise their new analog-style compressor MJUC, didn't try it myself

Free dub delay: TAL Dub 2 and 3 (not offically supported but work flawless here)
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try
