I've submitted your request for a license transfer. I'm also attaching our License Transfer FAQ. Please review this as it has important information about the transfer process, including the transfer fees. It is the seller’s responsibility to provide the buyer with installation DVDs or media. If that is not provided, the buyer will need to purchase an installer from Spectrasonics ($10 download, $29-$49 USB Flash Drive). We recommend that you communicate this to your buyer and make arrangements with your buyer to receive the install media from the seller to avoid this additional cost.

I will be getting back to you within 7 business days with a status on your request.

If the license transfer request is approved, we will also need the name, address, email and Username of the buyer as soon as possible so we can update them on the process. One the transfer is approved and we receive payment of transfer fees, please allow up to 2 business days for the new serial issued to the buyer.

If you decide to cancel the transfer, please let us know ASAP and also send over pictures showing the discs and User’s Guide in your possession.

After everything that has happened over the years, all the threads, and ERIC PERSING showing up to apologize about this problem in the past, this is unacceptable. It's been a week of gathering information to tell me IF approved? What a waste of the buyers and my time.

They seem to have very strict rules for transfers.. I don't really think they like transfers.

Maybe it hurts their feelings that someone actually consider getting rid of their stuff

I don't think it's coincidence.

I'll lock this as they gave me the email to pay the transfer fees, listed the buyer, and I've paid. And the buyer are being very gracious about it.

But I'll reload my cannon if there is anything else!
