Your Soundbank/Designer recommendations for Komplete Synths.

I was listening to Plugin Gurus soundbanks last night for Absynth and am really impressed with what Skippy has coaxed out of the synth, some amazing sounds that you wouldn't associate with Absynth.
He seems to have a knack for bringing the best out of whatever synth he does banks for.
So i went looking for a Razor soundbank and came across Dystopia by Aiyn Zahev which sounds great for modern dance stuff.
So i was wondering what other banks devs there are making soundbanks that bring the best out of the Komplete synths, not samplers.
I've had FM8 a while but doesn't get a whole lot of use these days so the aim is to try and utilise what i've got more and have a good suite of sounds to use as starting points for my own tracks.
So any gems out there? Cheers!

for massive, Leap Into The Void's collection is probably the standout.
for fm8 I'm fond of Nouveau 80's by samplephonics
THE highest point of NI-based sound design was the Deep Kore series of effects - doesn't make much sound on its own but all you need is a square wave and an arp and you can end up on a 6 hour tweak binge before you know it.

They're really good but a bit outside what i'm doing, looking for dance oriented banks.
The LITV Absynth banks are really nice though, i do a bit of ambient/experimental stuff (with mixed results lol) so may pick up one of those.

Anything for Massive by Leap into the void, The Unfinished and Jeremy Janzen (Nucleus-SoundLabs) is pretty much state of the art Massive sound design. Jeremy's stuff often gets forgotten but his Databank series are like masterclasses in how to do sound design with Massive (esp 1 and 2). Also Hollo's Massive Heaven and some of the Xenos banks are really great too.
The LITV and The Unfinished Absynth banks are also fantastic
The LIV Massive banks and Hollo's Massive Heaven also have added value for Kore 2 users because I made morphing versions of most of them that are available from the devs that really takes them to the level of some of those original Kore soundpacks.

Leap into the void absynth banks are incredible. The massiveness sound pretty cool too.

@aMUSEd nice options, Massive is a monster but guess what, i never use it these days! Yeah i know we're all supposed to design our own sounds but there are guys way better than i and the demos really show that. Really liking Massive Transcience.
@sugo, very nice but how much covers dance type sounds?
Yeah the Absynth Banks sound very nice, only way i can decide is to shortlist and download some free patches.

My recommendation is WeatherM's "The Planet" for Massive - http://eclipse-sound.com/34/3/massive/t ... t34-detail
Out of all of the third party sound sets i've tried/bought for Massive this one tends to get more use for my music projects and is really beautifully designed as well.

IMO absynth has the coolest preset banks out there of any synth. People do some really amazing stuff with it. And it's such a great sounding synth for an oldie. I mean the sound engine is one of the oldest out there in VST land. I wish some of the newer hybrid synths with modern features, like Falcon, had a sound more like Absynth actually.

These are great banks but sound mostly ambient/cinematic/experimental just going on the demos. I was looking for more dance (tech/progressive house) oriented stuff, resonance sounds seems to one of the few devs that specializes in those types of banks.
Or are these banks good for repurposing? Main goal is to be able to work fast when putting tracks together, using presets as starting points.

Yeah the pluginguru bank really surprised me and kinda sparked the thread for any hidden gems out there. Especially lesser well known sound designers or guys that are pushing the envelope with what these synths are capable of.Echoes in the Attic wrote:IMO absynth has the coolest preset banks out there of any synth.
