Hi Guys,

Has anyone tried programming with Apple's AUSampler? I've run into an issue with Apple's AUSampler. Any audio file that is longer then 2.5 seconds used within AUSampler will have audible clicks on playback.

My method of creating instruments:

- Program multi-sample instruments with Apple's EXS-24. The playback inside of EXS-24 does not have any audible clicks for these audio files. The audio files have been double and triple checked for audible clicks.
- Export the presets in EXS-24
- Import the presets in AUSampler

You can test with either the AU plugin version of AUSampler inside of GarageBand, MainStage, and Logic.

I've tried converting my audio files into every variation of supported audio formats. Channels, sample rate, and .aiff/.wav. Every combination I've done still results in the same audible clicking.

Thanks for any tips.

I dont know anything about AUSampler but looping is an art. You will get clicks unless you choose to line up points manually. Even then it will take some work.
