Anyone use hardware synths with auria pro on iPad ?

I currently don't have a Mac or PC but I've got a decent iPad laying around the house. I also have a virus Ti. Now I know I can't use TI with the iPad but does anyone else use hardware synths with auria pro? How would it work with automation etc I would have to grab an interface like steinberg ur22 mk2 or similar I guess for midi and audio i/o

You could use the Virus with the iPad via an interface.
You can record MIDI and automation in Auria (I presume).
