I often get calls from people having trouble using timecode for various type of systems. This problem was particular interesting.
Upper track is the faulty file and the track below is the original correct file.
Seems like the faulty file follows the right "direction", UP or DOWN, but the amplitude is waaaay of. Like it tries to snap it back to 0.
What could have made this kind of phase problem?
And, is their any tool to fix it?
