Ableton pitch wheel issue

Im trying to narrow down the cause of this problem, hardware or software. My impulse keyboard goes flat all of a sudden for about half a semitone before I record anything, when I arm another track it's in tune again. When I save the session, load it again that same track is still out of tune.

Now when I record and start moving the pitch wheel (on that out of tune track) I can see the automation go down from the moment I move it, the central position isn't central. But as I said every other track is so that makes me wonder if it is the controller or Ableton having trouble with pitch wheel information.

Anyone know what this is?
