a) Why, sometimes, when I import files, I have musical mode (inside the events) activated and I have to manually open each event and disable it? It changes the tempo and pitch of every events! Fortunally I can see the wave wrap icon on the event and disable it.
b) How to put the stereo-master track on left into the project window?

I can only comment b)
You have to open the mixer (F3) and put some dummy Insert FX on the Stereo Master Track. After that it appears in the main window as the last track. Then you can remove the Insert and work with the Master Track.

Instead of adding anf removing a FX you can also quickly toggle the automation write switch on the master track.
