Just wondering if there is a host capable of VSTi sequencing AND slaving sync to midi clock ...

All my host seems to send clock (SX, FLStudio) but none is capable of slaving to it ... except Reason and Live! (but no VSTi support in both of them yet ...)

Any suggestion ?

Isn`t midi clock also called midi time code,(MTC)?
You should be able to slave to that in SX I think.

No, two different things. MTC (Midi time code) is not midi clock, it's a more professinal midi sync, but I need midi clock as far as I want to sync the host with music instruments with midi clock only.

looking at nuendo...don`t see it in there.
Think there maybe some conversion software out there that may convert MTC to clocking pulses that can slave equipment.

I seached around for "midi clock" info and briefly saw some.

SX doesnt do it, so I dont think Nuendo would. But I will check ...

Nice to see in previous posts taht BrainSpaw FORTE does support Midi clock ....

Anyone using FORTE here

I wonder if you can use VSTi like ERA and send output to a VSTi (FM7 in my case) within FORTE

I think I should buy this one as far as it's probably the only single VSTi host which support Midi clock sync slave control ...

VSTi in sync with Midi clock ?
