Connecting Kirnu Cream Mobile with Ableton

This seems like a really basic question and I'm hoping there's an obvious answer to this;

How do I use Kirnu Cream Mobile for the iPad with Ableton Live?

My iPad is connected to the same wifi network as my laptop with Ableton running. I have gone into Configuration in the app and to the Midi Output tab. Neither Network Session 1 nor Cream Virtual Source make the app appear in the Ableton midi preferences.

With all of the midi features advertised on the app page I expected that it would work similarly to apps like Touchable and Lemur which can be used as midi devices within Ableton, but both of these apps have software that run on the operating system which mediate between the iPad and Ableton.

I couldn't find any clues in the manual. What am I missing here?

Hi - just picked up Cream Mobile and started reading the forum. Just did a little video of the LaunchPad Pro driving Cream Mobile into Ableton, playing one Live's piano instruments. Did you figure this out? If not, need O/S more details...
