Cutting & Pasting different parts of the song [from alternative source]

I am making karaoke of a song by playing keyboard, I couldn't play the INTRO part and cutted it from the original song BUT hearing is wierd because transition from intro to chorus are not compatible in terms of hearing..., is there a better way to do it?

Yes: Practice practice practice until you can play it.

Or record it part by part, note by note. Split it up in the bass line, melody, chords.
With a lower tempo it's easier to play. You can't do that if you record the audio, but if you record the midi notes you can correct any mistakes with a good midi editor.
