Syncing wav in Ableton?

Say if you have a drum roll or build that doesn't have transient points to the beat, how do you sync it to the host? In Protools you have the option to shrink or extend the loop based on the original bpm. You cant do that in Ableton and it's not good at stretching to the host bpm.

There's "warp to x beats" option in Simpler.
In sample view, you can manually set the tempo for green markes or drag them to grid. There are of course options to do that automatically, check preferences.
