JABB3 got released six years ago, but still cost $150

A lot of stuff in this area seems old. Garritan, Broadway Big Band/Broadway Lites, the Big Fish Fist Call Horns and Vintage Horns...

SampleModeling seems popular with producers doing this kind of music, but you'd be looking at spending a lot more and would still need to get all the non-horn instruments from somewhere else. Straight Ahead Samples did more recent, bigger and more expensive horn, bass and drums libraries but I'm not sure if they're still available or if they've disappeared. Those are two options you could look at, though.

There was a similar thread at KVR 5 years ago, looking at that, seems not to much new has come along since then, except PS Swing

All I know is the Garritan stuff in cakewalk dimension is top notch.
