ableton link enabled app with tap tempo that can be controlled by midi?

Anyone know of an app that uses ableton link, in which it has a tap tempo button that can be controlled by midi CC or note?

I'm figuring this could be a way to do what I want: I would like to have a tap tempo button in lemur that would act as tap tempo for ableton link. I know of at least 3 apps that use ableton link and also have a tap tempo button, but they have no option to control this tap button externally, such as from lemur in my case (which I assume would be setup to send CC or note, or whatever is needed).
