I'm a very light sleeper with noisy neighbors. I use earplugs when I sleep, but they don't work as well as I'd like them to. Does anyone know of a good earplug that shuts out almost all noise???

Earplug are bad for ear. This pushes oil and wax back into the ear. Not good to make the hearing better. I spoke with a respected doctor and look for this subject on many pages online. Earplugs are only good when they prevent damage more serious and permanent than compact oil and waxes.
Have you tried the opposite solution? Play some white noise or ocean sounds in the room. This will mask the bad noise with something that is more comfortable. This is what all doctors recommend. This is what I do.
