Diva - I don't think so

VST, AU, AAX, CLAP, etc. Plugin Virtual Instruments Discussion

OK, so I demoed Diva.
It's a nice synth. IMO - nothing realy super fantastic...but nice.

I could pay that price for a cool synth. But this one. For me - I don't think so.

So I'll contiune to dig around and see what's out there....

I never clicked with DIVA. Tried to like it several times. To me, both RePro-1 and The Legend are better for analog sounds, even IF they're more limited than DIVA. Besides, it eats CPU. Give the suggested a try to see if you like them better, maybe.

Do you need to open a new thread just because you demoed a plug :help:

i've never installed any uhe products on my DAW, not even the free ones.
I've watched some youtube video demos on some and was not impressed enough to
pick them over other synths that are less CPU abusive.

How dare you post your opinion in a thread. I mean seriously, this is totally unacceptable. And to make matters worse, a lot of people like Diva, but apparently you don't.

DIVA is way #1 on my list of current VSTi synths.
If you have seen anything that tops it then you should tell which.
There are interesting hardware synths on the market right now, but I am watching for anything with real-time multi-core rendering in synth software and it's still very few.

If everybody demoing a plug should post a new thread about it, just because they demoed a plug...

You probably shouldn't. One thing I can say about U-he stuff is that they worm their way so far into your system the only way you will remove it is by clean install.

like it's being played in the shower.
