Time signature and independent Melodies

Hello everyone,

I'm just discovering RC and I love it !! However I have 2 questions:

Is it possible to set a different time signature per track ?

Is it possible to work on a progression on one track and on the other add a melody generator or an arp section independent from the chord progression set in the master ?

It's is all normal stuffs that i would usually play around with within a daw but I would really like to understand how to do those things in RC.
