am I the only one having problems loading Beatmaker plugins?

Trying to load dusty fingers, 'Bass 808' ,and ROM with luck...When my cubase is loading,u can see the plugins names ,as it's loading in the daw ,But when I open the Plugin list..... Nothing...I though it could be i'm running the in XP ...I tried them in WIN7 with the same results....
