I would like to do something like this:

I take a snare-track-(a), then I either create events or markers from its hitpoints.
Next I import a sample-snare-(b) into Cubase and I place it below the snare-(a).
At this point I snap/paste it quickly at the begninning of each snare-a's hitpoint/marker/event.

Is there a way to do that in the project window? (without GA)

As I read that I was picturing doing it in Project Window. Yes you can. See Audio menu, eg., /Hitpoints -> Create Markers from Hitpoints.

I know how to create markers or events from hitpoints.
What I don't know is how to snap/paste a sample at the beginning of them, please.

There is a way of automatically replacing any file with the same name on a track, using a modifier (I think it's shift) drag the replacement audio over the audio in the track and voila.
Mac Studio M4
15.7.3
Cubase 15, Ableton Live 12

I have two tracks:
01 |-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-| snare track with hitpoints detected / creating markers or event at hitpoints.
02- |-| sample track.

*| = hitpoint/beginning of event/marker.
I want to paste 02 |-| at the begninning of each 01 marker/event, with manual fast editing.

So that you will have this:
01 |-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-| snare track with hitpoints detected / creating markers or event at hitpoints
02 |-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|-| sample track

Just stopping by to say I solved the problem.
Create events from hitpoints, use magnetic cursor, use shortcut B/N, ctrl+shift+alt and drag and drop.
