Visually impaired - need help with windows 10 magnifier

I'm visually impaired - so I'm using the magnifier on Windows 10 frequently.

I've Windows 10 build 16xx, developer mode, 64-bit.


After an upgrade the hotkeys for the magnifier doesn't work.

Windows-key+ plus/minus for staring the magnifier and zoom in/out plus windows-key+ESC to close the program works.


But non of the other hotkeys works.

Such as:

Ctrl+Alt+D - for docked mode

Ctrl+Alt+L - for lens mode

Ctrl+Alt+F - for full-screen mode

Ctrl+Alt+L - for inverting colors.


However all of those functions works. It's just the hotkeys that doesn't.

I'm a little desperate here because of my disability.

I think these functions are working from the hotkeys here on my laptop-
