What does the "IK" in "IK Multimedia" stand for?

Does anyone know? I'm guessing that the "I" stands for "Italy" or "Italian" or something similar... "K" I've got no idea...

Coming from an engineering background, when I see "IK" I think of inverse kinematics... but that doesn't seem likely, does it? :-) Don't know. Have you tried emailing them?

Crap is spelled with a C mate.

Anyway, most Italian stuff is pretty darn good... especially where IK HQ lives. Ferrari and other top sports cars, Balsamic vinegar, Truffles... so, not much crap around there. I wish I was going back there sooner in fact.

Anyway, to answer your question, IK came from the initials of the owners. Sorry it's not some ancient symbol or scientifically mysterious sign or anything like that.

Oh yes. That's right. The women... but then Europe in general on that one. I am a big fan.

It's a nice aspect of work that we can go to Italy as much as we want... only the reality is there's a lot going on over here! I was supposed to go there this month but I can't. Oh well.

Anyway, yes, it's a great place. Modena, where IK HQ lives, is close to Bologna and Milan. Now if I could only speak Italian...

Man, I wish. I had fresh white truffles over pasta when I was there last. For those that know... it is one of the best tasting things on da planet oith.
