Could you pls advise whether I should buy the keyboard Komplete Kontrol S49 or M-Audio CTRL49?
As I understand, the Komplete Kontrol S49 now can use third-party plugins, so it seems it is just the same as M-Audio which uses the VIP Software.
So which is better?

... have you thought about getting the AKAI Advance 49? Great piece of hardware and it also uses the VIP software.

If you care about the integration:
The NI NKS system depends on the individual plugin developers and so far there are some on board and it keeps being updated. NI is commited so far and IMHO has a future.
The VIP system depends on AKAI for everything so fi they stop updating for new versions of any plugins it could stop being useful. AKAI IMHO doesn't commit so much to its software.
