Which platform to market music?

Hi everyone,

I'm about to re-start marketing my music and am faced with a rather large number of online platforms that seem suitable for my needs (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, ReverbNation, Facebook, LastFM, etc.). Since I'm spoilt for choice, I'd appreciate to hear about your experience and preferences with regard to the various platforms.

- Which online platform(s) do you use to market/promote/sell your music?

- In case you use several platforms, do you see advantages of one platform over another one?

- Do you keep regular contact with your fans? Or do you simply put your music online?

None of them will sell much. But Facebook is now central to marketing anything online. Also YouTube is a huge channel.
