Sometimes Cream Doesn't Play The Right Note

OK so I have a sequence that plays twice getting its input from a MIDI track. The first time around step 3 plays a "G", the next time around it plays an "A". "A" is the next note, not the "G". It's almost as if sometimes the buffer gets confused or something.
