I don't buy music by genre. I buy music that I like, either from Amazon, direct from the label or second hand.

I buy whatever the cool kids are buying, according to the latest market research. I carefully avoid listening to music that isn't cool, defies simple categorization, or is associated with less lucrative market segm...

Music I like.

Anywhere I can get it on CD until CD finally is extinguished as a music medium.

Music I like that's not on CD ends up getting bought off the closest seller to the artist, if not the artist themselves, or something like iTunes.

Or, if it's free, downloaded from the artist directly.
