So, this is the first year I've been to NAMM when I wasn't working. I got to see a lot of cool stuff today mostly eurorack stuff. Unfortunately, I always forget that there is a camera attached to my pone so I only got a picture of a ukulele with a Cheshire cat on it...

I'm a shameless Make Noise fanboi, so no surprise I'm gonna mention the Morphagene. Kinda of an evelution of their phonogene granular sampler. Stereo, overlapping grains, improved sound quality. Samples can be stored to and recalled from SD card.

Intellijel has collaborated with Applied Acoustics Systems to make Plonk, a physical modeling synth (based on Chromaphone, I guess?).

Five12 (of Numerology fame) is showing off a sequencer which is in development.

I got to play with a Koma Field kit and it was more fun than should be legal.

I'll be back at the show on Saturday. Maybe I'll remember to actually take some pictures but probably not.

Lots of cool stuf here. Intellijel Plank resonator is quite innovative - both nice-sounding and flexible.

Still at 0 modules, though :hihi:

I'm excited about the Disting MK4 (yay display!), Bionic Lester Mk2, and the new 2HP stuff.

And maybe that Atmultitron, though there might not be much to see yet. I just sold my Atmegatron, got excited about the Oscitron but the keyboard version is making me think about holding off a bit...

From what I've heard. the PCBs didn't arrive in Portland until this week. There wasn't enough time to test and assemble everything.

It's really cool to see some of the most creative people in the software world embracing hardware. Especially in ways that enrich their software.

I don't tend to like Make Noise panel graphics, but the Morphogene is almost awesome. Just needs a different font. :D
