anyone knows how to run batch editing using
soundforge 7.0 ??

i dont use soundforge so i cant be of more help. are you looking for an audio editor that's easy to batch process with?

yes, I need to batch run some VST or DX effects to
hundreds of short wav files

Soundforge 7 doesn't have batch processing. If you owned Soundforge 5 or Vegas Video 3 Batch Converter 5 was a no additional cost add-on. It was also sold separately but I think development and sales have been dropped. There is still a download link on the "Updates" page but I'm not sure it can still be registered and authorized. It hasn't been re-branded "Sony".

FWIW I've had it for years but use Audition with scripts for batch processing with F/X.
