vst folder Ableton

Hay.
I have some big sample based vsti that i have stored on another folder(diffrent ssd) then the only one you can choose in Ableton. I use Automap. So i created shortcuts to those vsti:s in the custom folder given by Ableton. Problem is that these shortcuts doesn't seem to be automapped. Guess it isn't possible to get Automap to work with shortcuts, or does anyone know if i am missing something?

Edit: Ok i guess i found a solution. I had to add the different ssd drive with the sampled based vsti to the vsti path within Automap. Then create shortcut to that drive. Can't test it though, because now my ilok isn't working.
