Kontakt multiscript Control change to Prog change type transformer needed

Hey Guys

Is there a Kontakt mutiscript that converts a control change into a prog change?
NOT via the CC amount but literally takes the control number and converts it into a prog change regardless of the CC value.

E.g. Ctrl 7 val 64 on midi channel 16 simply becomes prog change 7 on channel 8 (or a channel of my choice)

is there a transformer likemultiscript that does this?
