For me...both. I was more curious to see if I was missing out on something. I didn't spend long with it, but coming from Bitwig/Ableton it just didn't grab me :)

Easy enough to trial if you have an elicenser... a single 10GB installer (mac).

Think you'll need an eLicensor to run the demo. But definitely worth buying one to try out. You never know if you'll need one down the line for other software. Luckily I had one to run my VSL software so i could just use that for the Cubase trial.
