is there any editor beside Harmony Builder which can identify consecutives (and other harmony building rules)
a piano-roll (ReWire) based would be nice ... or at least with MIDI out

Check out Pizzicato. I do not believe it supports Rewire, but it has very good harmony tools which may point out the harmony rule violations you are interested in: Pizzicato Harmony & Counterpoint

PZ has MIDI and MIDI Clock in/out which works well with the new MIDI Clock Slave in Bitwig 2.1, so it's perfect for me, thank you very much
