Cintiq & Tablet 2 Midi

Hello. I have a few questions about Tablet 2 Midi:

1) Does Tablet 2 Midi offer full support for the Wacom Cintiq including stylus tilt? \

2) It seems a shame to reduce the range of x, y, and pressure sensitivity of the tablet to 128 MIDI CC values each. Is there a way to keep some of that resolution? Perhaps via MIDI pitch bend or OSC?
