I just got a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless. When they are turned on, there's a noticeable background hiss. It's not loud, but when used in a quiet room, they increase the noise level rather than bring it down. Does anyone else here have these headphones? If so, are yours noisy too?

the momentum wireless has their 'noisegard' active noise cancellation - and every pair of noise cancellers I've ever used has that hiss when the cancelling is on

If there's a way to disable the ANC try that and see if the hiss vanishes

Thanks for your reply. It's possible to turn off the ANC when they're plugged in; that effectively cancels the noise they're making themselves.
