Hi guys,
I was wondering which Melda plugin is for the best analog saturation, like pleasing THD
I know saturator is good, but don't know what type is that, is it like analog gear, for example Distressors's saturation type?
Also can you achieve this kind of saturation with any particular Waveshaper curve?
Cheers!!!!
Best plugin for Analog type saturation?

Hi - I have used the analog saturation in TurboComp to nice effect. I don't know if it is "the best" one though ... reading with interest!Thavma wrote:Hi guys,

I have both they Msaturator and MMultibandSaturator. They are both good because there is a lot of variety. In Msaturator there is a choice called "Analogize". You can easily tweak it to taste. There is also a setting called, Full control with 6 bands which allow you to control the amount of distortion in each band. As usual there is also a bunch of presets to choose from in case you are not interested to tweak anything.

Exactly, the MSaturatorMB is the one
. As for distressor, it's actually a compressor, not a saturator, and is "sort-of-emulated" in MTurboComp.
