Kicks From Up North is a collection of kick drums recorded from the Elektron Analog Rytm analog drum machine. Regarded as one of the most important modern drum machines, the Analog Rytm is capable of everything from classic X0X drums and warm booming basses to plastic and analog overdriven kicks.
To make the collection even more focused on the Nordic kick drum sound, we included a handful of our own kick drums from the Elektron Analog Four synthesizer.
All kicks come in nine flavours: unprocessed plus eight collections with different processing.
