Wow didn't see the email (yet?) on this... Tracy does great stuff, IMO, and this sounds like it could be real useful for a little flavor on the typical horns... I think $60 intro price is a no brainer for me!

Pretty much anything he produces is a no-brainer. Probably my favorite single Kontakt dev (neck and neck with Orange Tree Samples)

This sounds great. Looks nice a easy to use too. No real learning curve.
