Hello!
I am the DJ/producer behind Casper the ghost and Nilla Youth. We have just started performing live and we want to have the autotune effect on stage.
I've searched around the web for a while looking for some sort of microphone pre amp. But I can't seem to find one that does what I want. I've found one that looks perfect, but NO store sells it and I can't get my hands on one.
Running the mic through my computer>in to my DAW>through Antares>out to my interface>out to the PA seems like a harsh solution with delay and I would like to not have my computer on stage.
This is the one I think would work: http://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/art-auto-tune-pre
With that one I can select the key for different tracks and the amount of auto-tune. But there's close to no reviews out there and the fact that I can't fins a legit store that sells it.
I've also come across this one that I read that Yung Lean use: https://www.thomann.de/se/tc_electronic ... #bewertung
But with that one it doesn't seem like I can change the key for different tracks.
Anyone here that knows of one or know what the pros use on stage?

Yes, he doesn't need it, but maybe he likes it? It's perfectly normal for me if an artist CHOOSES auto-tuning as an art form. But I don't like it if he or she has to use it because he doesn't have the talent. In my opinion, such a person should not be a musician. Maybe a producer, but a singer should be able to sing. In any case, Travis is a great and great artist who has reached great heights. Learn more about travis scott net worth and understand it. He really did a great job. Not everyone can achieve this and create a unique style.
