Advanced tutorials / raw project files

Has anyone ever seen a real producer release real projects, and not just audio stems of their tracks. I'd love to see mastering chains, automations, how someone cuts with eqs, etc. but videos like flume' producer DVD or the deadmau5 masterclass, etc. are geared toward complete beginners, while the only advanced tutorials I've found are always from some half baked professor at a music tech school (at best). I shouldn't say half baked professor, it's the videos that are really lacking, because while they may show how to make a sound or an advanced technique, they never go all the way, you never see the inspiration that calls for the technique or the implementation in a complete track. Consider a Dubspot video which teaches you how to make a patch in fm8. The 20 minute video will step you thru making the patch, but without musical context, which is the inspiration which lead to the patch, and without the patches utilization within a track, with automation and eq and compression etc., the whole thing becomes way less valuable to me. Anyone know of advanced tuts by a professional, where they truly reveal their process or a or give out files that still have softsynth presets and automation lanes for us to break down? I say "professional" because many of the ableton template packs I've bought have been disappointing, because while they provide everything as raw as possible, including loads of "missing plugin" errors (these are welcome!!), the music is not on par with what I'm calling professional music. The closest I've found to what I'm asking for was Amon Tobin + ESKMO fine objects ableton pack, but even then you're given nothing but audio files.

This entire forum is wading through predictions, opinions, barely formed thoughts, drama, and whining. If you don't enjoy that, why are you here?
